The design competition was on
sunday. Conventioneers had tickets to vote for 1 Gene
and 1 Barbie Doll. There were 1st 2nd and 3rd places
for Gene and Barbie. There
was also another award given for a Gene and a Barbie
that was awarded.
There were 9 Gene
dolls in this competition.

I liked seeing the dolls in this competition. After
sewing for Gene I can appreciate the time and effort
that went into sewing for this scale. 2 of the winning
dolls were #'s 22 and 24. Click
